OUR TEAM

Mucho Herb Biotech Company has its own professional R&D team composed of experts from China, America, Canada, Southeast Asia, and Taiwan. Mucho has also cofounded “NTU-Mucho R&D Lab” with National Taiwan University, its research topics including application of medicine, ecological study of Cordyceps, study of bio-engineering, and the exploration of natural resources. NTU-Mucho R&D Lab is the largest research institute of Cordyceps so far, and it explores a wide variety of themes concerning biotechnology. This year, the lab is expected to complete the whole genome sequencing of Cordyceps Formosana, a species found in Mt. Ali, Taiwan. The qualitative, quantitative, and functional test of this species would also be done within this year. (According to current studies, Cordyceps Formosana is a high-quality Cordyceps species with ultimate potential.)

Mucho Biotech has an archive of more than a hundred Cordyceps species and approximately 500 fungus species. Therefore, it excels in the development of high-quality Cordyceps products made with different species. The special ingredients of three Cordyceps species has a significant healing effect on cancer. Thus, Mucho cooperates with NTU to conduct experiments on cancer cells outside the body. Experts from Cornell University also research on the anti-bacterial properties of Cordyceps. Other studies on colorectal cancer and breast cancer are still being conducted. Why do so many experts from overseas want to cooperate with us? First, the proportion Cordyceps takes up in our products is high, and second, our production process is safe and sanitary, which ensures the quality of our products. Scientific spirit is what Mucho has been putting emphasis on. We believe in science, and use mass and high-quality production to expand the scientific applications of Cordyceps. Among all the members in Mucho Biotech, experts take up 50 percent. Every member in our management group has 20 years' experience on average. Mucho is a lively enterprise composed of technical and management groups. We have an international perspective, combining creativity into our service. Mucho now focuses on the application of state-of-the-art technologies, urban farm model, creative restaurants, and promotion of Cordyceps diet.

Mucho Cordyceps Research Lab

Mucho Cordyceps Research Lab is established in Taipei, which is the only research laboratory of Cordyceps in Taiwan. It has a complete set of technologies, including growing, planting, application, development and mass cultivation of fungi. Mucho Cordyceps Research Lab is the largest and most advanced research laboratory of Cordyceps in the world.

 

There are seven R&D centers and three Species archives in Mucho Cordyceps Research Lab. R&D centers include Taipei branch, Xiamen branch, Guangxi branch, Indonesia branch, NTU R&D Lab, TMU research group, and Canada branch. Species archives are located in Singapore, Taipei, and China.
