ABOUT
Mucho Herb Biotech Company started because a group of biologists from around the world wanted to explore and research a precious fungus founded in the wilderness of China, Middle Asia, Southeast Asia, and Northeast Asia— the Cordyceps.
GOAL
Mucho’s short-term goal is to develop the technologies of Cordyceps cultivation and develop its international market. In 2013, the production, cultivation, and application technologies of Taiwanofungus camphoratus (Antrodia Cinnamonea)—another kind of precious fungus, will also be introduced to overseas. The combined application of Cordyceps and Taiwanofungus camphoratus (Antrodia Cinnamonea) helps establish the technologies in the production of Mucho’s main products.
The mid-term goal of the enterprise is to get involved in bio-agriculture and develop integrated technologies of “thin-shelled organic farming.” The first experimental farm is planned to open in Hualien. With such endeavor, Mucho is sure to become the leader of modern bio-agriculture in Taiwan and Indoneisa
The long-term goals of the enterprise are the mass production of organic products based on bio-agricultural technologies, the development of healthy food and unpolluted organic products, as well as the establishment of “Global Marketing Platform for Health Industries.”

Three 10-year plan is designed for Mucho’s future development. The focus of Mucho is fungus industry, using fungi as food, medicine and beauty product. Major breakthroughs in the research and development of Cordyceps have made Mucho the leading enterprise in Taiwan and China. Mucho’s integrated technologies are second to none in the world. It has computerized and systematic farms and also puts an emphasis on R&D as well as fostering future talents. Mucho establishes a large-scale Cordyceps culturing base in Taiwan and owns research centers of many precious Cordyceps species, which enables Mucho to cultivate different Cordyceps speices which have greatpotential, making Mucho the trail blazer in the cultivation of Cordyceps.
